Excellent book for beginning any Paleo Plan that includes diet and menu guidelines. It is a full political biography of the artist-citizen-socialist fighter, as well as an "art book" with 72 pages that present 134 photos and reproductions. I have more energy and my joints don't ache and i am less moody. These are numbers that most doctors would think wildly unrealistic, if not impossible.My HDL is still a little low at 39, but considering the fact that my HDL has been low for many years and at the time of my last yearly exam it was 26, that's pretty amazing. Lavoisier and his fate is the subject of Madison Smart Bell's compact (186 pages) but informed, "Lavoisier in the Year One: The Birth of a New Science in an Age of Revolution." Despite some flaws I think the book is worth reading.The first three quarters of the book is a straight forward, condensed biography of Lavoisier. But I still love the book and would recommend it to anyone just ad that major key factor..
