I would definitely recommend this book to anyone. It also provided some nice delicious recipes that i find very tasteful.. For me, that stuff alone is worth it and provides incentive to keep at it.The recipes provided are pretty tasty and simple to make, but after the detox, you'll need a companion cookbook, like the wheat belly 30 minutes or less.On the negative side: it is insanely expensive to throw out your entire pantry (make no mistake: everything in your kitchen contains wheat or grain of some kind. Hence, I would actually give this book 3 and ½ stars rather than four if the rating system permitted it. Shaw is an interesting insight into dreams as messages that are like letters to ourself. however, if you really want to treat the whole person, then check out anything by sutherland or "anatomy of potency" by nicholas handoll.. Before I gave up wheat, every time I put my head on the pillow, my nose stopped up. As best as I can fathom, the author regards Dutch Kindleberger as the reason for the rise of NAA and Lee Atwood as the reason for its fall. Just because you lower the fat, does not make it good for the heart.Upon reading the nutritional content listed for a single serving of some of the recipes, I waNow I have no one.
