The only thing I'm really disappointed in is I wanted more at the end of the story, on how AJ and Cord immersed themselves into each others lives and with Ky competing for AJ's affections as "his friend" not daddy's. By the 18th century alchemy was beginning to evolve. I can adapt all the training schedules in his book to my rower.There are training schedules for beginners (and no, I don't think he expects you to run the full distance, just keep your heart rate in the right zone for that particular distance!) for intermediates and for the better runners out there. I'm currently working on verifying tangents, and without answers, i'm not sure if the problem i've been working on is correct. The book itself is too small to give viable details of important events, while repeating less critical points. Thank god i'm a scie
