An inspiring man whose talent and passion are still relevant today.. Plenty of training schedules for runners of all levels. I train to gain general fitness and keep my back from complaining. My only gripe is that there is absolutely nothing about the air conditioning system in this book because they don't want to be responsible for a backyard mechanic releasing refrigerant into the atmosphere.
