Perhaps it is will be the humor of Hoare getting kicked by his wife under the table while talking to a pretty lady or perhaps it is the sad scene of a mother and her children acidentally being shot by a mercenary thinking they were rebels. Hard Edit is strictly for readers 18+ due to plenty of adult language and explicit M/M sexual content (including some new kink for the guys). Haven't had time to get through all of the book yet but still think its a good purchase.. Well written. In that way, this novel reminds me of another first novel, "Soldiers' Pay" by an iconic American author, William Faulkner. I came across "Almost Free Money" during my research on flipping thrift store items. This book looks deeper into who these characters are. It started off strong, the premise and setting were both unique, and the ending came with a twist I did not expect. Still, I appreciate what the author has to share and the book has gotten me psyched about setting some new PRs.. Believe me, there is never a dull moment with these two, and what Troy has up his sleeve is so him! Blowing kisses to my man.
