Excellent blending of practical information and how that applies and works within the 7 main aspects of our being.. Although it's really written for highschool students, college students would find it useful also. The story is about a young beaver who is search for someone accross the lake ,that ends up being his echo. I still need the 2nd Edition, and guess I'll have to look on the PMI website for it (or perhaps eBay).This review (stars) is low because of the experience in purchasing, not to be taken as an assessment of the 2nd Edition.. It gave me great and detailed techniques that I feel will help with overcoming life's challenges.. Way wrong. The author is an excellent writer--and her book is crafted quite well.
