I didn't feel I got much insight into what Marty does that sets him apart from his peers.I read (most of it) out of loyalty to Marty as he's my favorite pro-athlete, but I didn't find the book to be a very enjoyable read.The book is only an 8 seed (and not an 8 seed like this years Kings team). My only gripe is that there is absolutely nothing about the air conditioning system in this book because they don't want to be responsible for a backyard mechanic releasing refrigerant into the atmosphere. Appendix B alone is 90 pages of distilled treasure.I have to say that you cannot go wrong buying this book. This book was recommended to me by another parent who said that she was going to require every teacher who has her 4th grader to read this book.
