I mean if you aren't eating your fruits and veggies already then going from none to 5 is a great start. In "Before the Last Dance", James Randall Chumbley tells a familiar tale of iconically beautiful gay men andtheir obsession with youth and aging, the pursuit of of physical perfection and, of course, sex.
