It isn't long before my students are whispering, "Oh!" as the meaning of the story becomes clear. He told me that this book is very helpful and so I cannot say anything to the author but Thank you! He said it's cool because it includes potion secrets that are not available online. This book presents as good an introduction to the subject as any. The wisdom in her words reaches beyond the confines of a particular disorder. I was not coming from a position of ignorance and had moderated my diet for weight loss, so that it was largely healthy already: whole grains, brown rice, restricted fruit, encouraged fresh vegetables, no added sugar and salt, moderate amounts of lean protein and so on.
