This book has everything I'm looking for in a steamy romance. This is a good method for quality management systems and safety management systems.Fault tree is a good practice in mechanical industries and electronic industies.For example, ISO 16949 is refered to FTA to analise system.The next two standards are also useful for quality and safety.IEC 60812:2006, Analysis techniques for system reliability - Procedure for failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA)IEC 61882:2001, Hazard and operability studies (HAZOP studies) - Application guide.
